Luis was a 1986 graduate of Arthur P. Shalick High School, his obituary said.
He enjoyed the company of his family and friends listening to Spanish and Club music while playing dominoes, his obit said.
Fishing with his parents was an enjoyable outing that he loved, his obit said.
"Luis would sing and laugh with family on any occasion," his obituary said.
